Uploading a file when creating a ticket in the back-end not available

Overview:

This functionality is only available when using a new a browser that supports the HTML5 file API.

Client-side requirements:

  • A browser that supports the HTML5 file API
  • The latest versions of all the most popular browsers support this API, with the exception of Safari.

Solution:

  • Update your browser to the latest available version if you are using an outdated browser. Please avoid Safari, as the current version does not support this HTML5 feature.
  • Visit the HTML5 test website to determine which browsers support the HTML5 file API.
  • Use an appropriate web browser.
